01 Who we are
ClickJi is an event photography service operating from Shankar Vihar, near V3S Mall, Delhi 110092. In this policy, "we", "us" and "ClickJi" refer to that business, and "you" refers to anyone who enquires with us, books us, or appears in photographs we take.
02 What we collect
We keep our data collection deliberately small. We only ask for what is needed to quote for your event, reach your venue, and deliver your photos.
Information you give us
- Your name, mobile number and, if you share it, your email address.
- Event details: type of function, date, timing, venue address and rough guest count.
- Anything else you choose to tell us on WhatsApp or over the phone — special requests, family details relevant to the shoot, billing name and GST number for corporate bookings.
Information collected automatically
- Standard website analytics: pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, and which advertisement or search result brought you here.
03 How we use it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with other photographers, event planners or marketing lists.
04 Your photographs
Event photographs are personal in a way that a phone number is not, so we treat them separately.
- All raw and edited photographs from your event are delivered to you and remain available for download for the period described in our Delivery Policy.
- We keep a working copy on our own storage during editing and for a limited period after delivery, purely as a backup in case you lose your files.
- We may use a small selection of photographs from your event in our portfolio, on this website, or on social media, to show prospective clients the kind of work we do.
06 Services we rely on
A few third-party services necessarily touch some of your information:
- WhatsApp — for enquiries, booking confirmation and file links. Your conversation with us sits on WhatsApp and is governed by their terms.
- Cloud storage — for delivering edited photos and raw files through a download link.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — for the website measurement described above.
- Web hosting — the provider that serves this website may log standard access data.
Beyond these, and beyond any disclosure required by law, your information stays with us.
07 How long we keep things
- Enquiries that never became bookings — deleted within about 12 months.
- Booking and billing records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Event photographs — retained for the backup period stated in the Delivery Policy, then deleted from our working storage.
08 Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your personal information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Stop using your photographs in our portfolio.
- Stop contacting you about offers or updates.

09 Security
Files are stored on password-protected devices and reputable cloud services, and delivery links are shared only with the client who booked the shoot. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep more of your data than we need, which is the most effective protection available.
10 Children
This website is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Photographs of children taken at your event belong to the parents or guardians who booked us, and are never published without their explicit permission.
11 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will also be communicated directly.
